In the heart of the theatre district, you’ll find 30 eligible Londoners and your It’s a Date host at The Craft Beer Co. Covent Garden—a super-friendly and informal bar with an awesome array of craft beers, independent spirits, and soft drinks. We’ll gather in a private space of the venue for introductions to a fun group of singles, all ready for a good time and eager to make new connections at this popular mid-week event.

Our host will be at the venue, ready to welcome you at 19:30. Please arrive on time for registration, to grab any drinks from the bar, and receive a quick summary of how the evening will unfold. You’ll be given an optional name sticker, a pen, and a note card to keep track of everyone you’ve met.

Ladies will be seated at tables that are nicely spaced, discreetly numbered, and arranged in a comfortable area of the venue. When speed dating kicks off, gents will join the ladies for 5-minute dates to get to know each other. Your host will let everyone know when it’s time to switch, signalling for gents to move to the next table in ascending numerical order.

During the table rotations, you’ll have a moment to jot down your thoughts about the previous date and your intention to reconnect, just for your reference.

Midway through the evening, your host will call for a 15-minute comfort break, giving you time to use the restroom, head to the bar, or socialise with new connections. Dating will then resume for the second half of the evening.

At the end of the speed dating, you can stick around for more socialising or head off to any of the countless options the bright lights of Soho have to offer with your newfound connections. After the evening concludes, you can access the event listing in your dashboard to provide feedback on your dates and await your matches.
