I recently attended a walking event and found that it was a really good mix of people, James was lovely host. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly, very professional. The vibe was relaxed and fun, and James elevated the experience with his homemade brownies. I would recommend and will attend future events.

Really enjoyable event getting to know new people over a wide array of board games. Ricardo was a fantastic host, helping the event run smoothly and in a really friendly atmosphere.

The best single events I've been to! The host are incredible polite and always willing to help you with anything you need. I always recommend people to try It's a Date events because they never disappoint me.

I've been to a couple of these events now, and while I haven't found someone I'm interested in dating, they are so much fun that I'm just enjoying them for what they are rather than feeling the pressure of trying to date. It's a win-win: I know I'm going to have a great time with It's A Date, and if I find someone, that's a bonus!

There are many speed dating services out there, but few consistently deliver events as high quality as It's a Date do. Participants are invariably equal in numbers (which is no mean feat), the venues are always top drawer, and the host is the perfect blend of friendly and encouraging to all involved. If you want an evening of laughter and fun and meeting new people then you can't go wrong by joining them for a wonderful night out.

I had a lovely time at my first It’s A Date event yesterday! I met some really kind people and made wonderful connections. It was a very well organised event at a beautiful venue, and I will most definitely be joining the next ones. James & Ricardo are phenomenal hosts. They welcomed me with such warm presence when I arrived and stayed with us all night to make sure introductions were made and everyone had a chance to get to know one another. Speed dating was great, and It’s A Date is so well organised. James and the team are super supportive and enthusiastic about making sure the events are smooth and enjoyable. The events they offer are the ideal alternative to the apps (which are the worst we can all agree), and it was a really good group of guys and girls when I attended my first event. I’m definitely looking forward to trying out more events!

Great evening. I went on my own and felt immediately comfortable. The host was brilliant - super friendly and making everyone feel at ease. Easy location for me and nice space in the bar - I stayed for more drinks afterwards!! They seem to get a mix of really good people… I’ll definitely be recommending to all my single friends.

The inaugural board game speed dating event at Draughts, Waterloo was one of the best dating events I've attended. Great range of games to play, with a high ratio of women whose company I enjoyed and plenty of time to get to know each of them well enough. Thanks for organising, I'll definitely see you again!
