Calling all cocktail enthusiasts! Shake up your dating game with a group of high-spirited singles at this one-of-a-kind mixology masterclass and Friday night cocktail party.

It’s guaranteed good times as we learn step-by-step how to prepare one of The Alchemist’s classics in a lively, interactive masterclass—with a few surprises along the way! Whether you’re a little Old Fashioned or more of a Cosmopolitan, you’re sure to find something (and maybe someone) you like as you browse the menu or shake it ’til you make it. When you’re not curating a killer cocktail, you’ll be sipping the fruits of your labour and mingling with other guests in a private area of the venue. So, don’t be a Moscow Mule—come along! It’s going to be a fun and lively Friday night with a twist of creative cocktail-making to kick off the party.

Arrive at 19:30 to be welcomed by your host who will direct you to the private event area, offer you a name sticker, and give you the low-down on how things will work.

For the masterclass, you will be split into mixed groups designed to break (or crush?) the ice, get the conversation flowing, and identify a shared passion(fruit Martini) with your fellow mixologists. Between sessions, you will be mingling with 30+ other guests or have the chance to sip back, relax, and discuss the art of a perfect Negroni with a new-found connection.

The cocktail creation that you lovingly prepared is included for your enjoyment and any other drinks can be purchased locally from the bar. Your host, who has been referred to as ‘pretty fly for a Mai Tai’, will be on-hand throughout to ensure the cocktails and good times flow. Following the event, a resident DJ will be playing for those in the party mood.

Post-event matching will be available on your It’s a Date dashboard where you can continue the conversation or schedule a second date at your own pace.
