I’ve booked an event but haven’t received a ticket, what should I do?
Don’t worry, we’ll fix this! After your booking, we send an email with the subject ‘Your Event Ticket.’ You won’t receive a ticket attachment, as the email itself serves as the ticket. Sometimes these emails end up in your junk or spam folders, so please check there if you haven’t received it. Additionally, your booking will appear as an event listing in your It’s a Date dashboard.
