Why are guests missing from my matching dashboard?

Some guests purchase event tickets via third party platforms such as Eventbrite. In these cases, they have not directly interacted with our website ahead of the event. To overcome this, we send out invites requesting they complete a profile, however, these are not always actioned which means the guest misses out on matching.

Absolutely! Our post-event messaging platform is just one tool to help you connect, but it’s not the only option. If you feel comfortable, you’re welcome to exchange contact details during the event, just as you would in any social setting.
