At It’s a Date, we believe in creating connections that extend beyond our events. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Re-engage, a remarkable charity dedicated to providing life-enhancing social connections for older people. For every ticket sold to one of our events, we donate 50p to support their incredible mission. So, while meeting new people and building connections, you’re also giving back to a community in need.

Since our first event in February, our amazing guests have helped us raise a fantastic £2,421 for Re-engage! This amount is enough to set up and run a tea party group for an entire year, supporting around 10 older people and the volunteers who make these moments of connection possible. It’s heartwarming to see how the collective effort of our dating community can create a ripple effect of positive impact.

For those unfamiliar, Re-engage works tirelessly to combat loneliness among older people whose social circles are often diminishing. Their tea parties call companions, and their activity groups facilitate joy, conversation, and connection.
